[Pokémon] Titles, Schm-itles

I noticed Colress never addresses himself with a title (Doctor, Professor, etc.), so I was compelled to make this silly comic. The game never said it for sure, but I think Colress was working for the Aether Foundation while in Alola?? We do meet him right outside an Aether trailer, after all.
